6" Carrot Crackle Marshmallow Cake

The marshmallow frosting is perfectly fluffy and not too sweet, which balances the carrot cake layers nicely. I just wish the cereal crunch pieces were distributed a bit more evenly throughout the slice.

I was hoping for more of that cereal crunch—only got it in a few bites. The marshmallow frosting is nice but a bit too sweet for me. Overall an okay treat, just not as exciting as I'd imagined.

The cake’s layers look great with that cereal crunch, but the marshmallow frosting is a bit too sweet for my taste. Carrot cake itself was slightly dry—still decent, but not amazing.
