I was a little skeptical about cornflakes in a cookie, but the caramelized crunch adds such a great texture. Each one comes individually wrapped, which made them perfect for tossing in my bag for a quick afternoon snack. Definitely ordering more.
The marshmallows stay perfectly gooey even after a few days, and the vanilla base gives it a rich depth that really sets these apart from standard cookies. The individual wrapping makes them great for tossing in a lunch bag without any mess.
The cornflake crunch is nice, but the marshmallow gets a bit lost. They're okay if you want something different from a standard cookie, just not mind-blowing.
