The crunch on that carrot cake is exactly what it promises—crispy outside, soft marshmallow inside—and the cookie tin lasted me a full week of afternoon teas. Perfect little treat to welcome spring.
The six cookies in the tin disappeared in one sitting, and that carrot crackle marshmallow cake has just the right amount of crunch to balance the softness. Perfect little spring treat to have with coffee on the porch.
The marshmallow layer on the carrot cake is the perfect chewy contrast to that crunchy crackle top, and the six cookies in the tin are gone within a day at my house. Such a fun little spring treat to share.
