I was skeptical about cornflakes in a cookie, but they add this fantastic crunch that somehow doesn't get soggy against the gooey marshmallow. The caramelized bits are the best part, and having 12 individually wrapped ones means I can hide them from my family for weeks.
The marshmallow bits stay so gooey even after a few days, and that deep vanilla base ties everything together beautifully. Each cookie is individually wrapped, which makes it dangerously easy to grab one (or three) without committing to the whole tin. I've already ordered another one.
