The mix is perfect—half classic birthday cake, half fudgy chocolate chip—and each bite is dense enough that one truffle actually satisfies that chocolate craving. I’ve already torn through the whole dozen in two sittings, no regrets.
The two dozen mix is perfect for sharing, but honestly I’ve been hiding them in the fridge for myself. The fudgy texture of the cookie truffles is spot-on, and the classic B’Day ones disappeared first at the office.
The chocolate chip cookie truffles were the first to disappear at our party—that fudgy center is dangerously good. The birthday cake ones have that classic sprinkle crunch that makes them feel extra special.
