These little truffles are perfect for tossing in a cooler for the beach. The Birthday one is my favorite, but I was surprised how much I liked the Strawberry & Corn—it's way more balanced than it sounds.
The strawberry and corn one sounds weird but it's honestly the perfect summer bite, tastes like a farmers market in truffle form. Birthday cake is still my favorite for beach days, and the box is small enough to toss in a cooler without taking up space.
