The six-count tin is perfect for tossing in my bag for picnics, and the strawberry truffles were the first to disappear at brunch. That corn one is surprisingly savory-sweet.
The strawberry and corn truffles are so perfectly balanced—sweet but with that savory corn finish that makes you keep reaching for another. I grabbed the tin of assorted ones for a road trip and they held up great in the heat, no melting mess at all.
The corn truffles were gone before I even unpacked the rest of the care package—my host kept sneaking them straight from the tin. That little six-count box is perfect for sharing, though I ended up hoarding the strawberry ones for myself. Summer in a box, honestly.
